Cancelling an order

You can cancel any time before we deliver for a full refund. Text or call 980-505-0107, or email hello@midnightfirewood.com.

Returning firewood

You can return firewood within 7 days of delivery. We'll pick up what's left and refund you for the share of the load we take back. The delivery fee isn't refunded.

To be refunded, the wood needs to be where we left it, or somewhere just as easy to reach, and in the same condition we delivered it. We can't refund wood that's been burned, or wood that's been left in mud or otherwise damaged.

If something isn't right with your load, get in touch and we'll work it out with you.

Racks

Racks are not refundable. Woodhaven racks come with Woodhaven's lifetime structural warranty for the original buyer. It covers the steel frame and hardware against manufacturing defects, and Woodhaven replaces the affected parts. It doesn't cover the rack cover, normal wear like scratches or faded paint, or damage from misuse or weather.

To make a warranty claim, contact Woodhaven directly at 888-421-5010 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central) or info@alexandermfg.com, the email for Alexander Manufacturing, which makes Woodhaven racks. Send photos of the problem and your order confirmation email from us.

Cedar Firestarters

Firestarters are final sale.

Stacking

Once your wood is stacked, the stacking charge isn't refundable, including when you return firewood.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. How long they take to show up depends on your bank.
